How to Book

Bookings

Room 1 and Room 2 - From £70 per night per room (based on 2 people sharing). Including bed, breakfast and parking.

Room 3 - From £60 per night per room (based on 2 people sharing. Including bed, breakfast and parking.

Please ask for details on single room rates.

Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit, is payable on booking with the balance due on arrival.

In the event of a cancellation, you are liable by law to pay at the least half or up to the full amount of the booking.

We therefore advise that insurance cover is obtained and enclose Holiday Cancellation Insurance details. e.g. 50% of the total cost up to 7 days before date of arrival.

Total cost of the booking if cancelled within 2 days of arrival.

(In the event that we subsequently re-let the room/s for the dates booked, the cost less the deposit will be refunded.

All prices are subject to variation.

No reductions are made for mealsnot taken or for early departure.

Guests are liable for any damage incurred during their stay.

The Proprietors cannot be held responsible for valuables left in the bedrooms.

Cars are left in the car park at their owners’ risk.

The proprietors reserve the right to ask Guests to leave with immediate effect in the event of rowdy behaviour likely to upset the comfort of other Guests.

I am a no smoking establishment and anyone found smoking within The Maitland will, in the first instance, be politely asked to refrain and if this request is ignored, will be asked to vacate with immediate effect.
